Put every page where it belongs
A PDF is easier to follow when its pages are in the right order. Organizing helps tidy up a scan, move an appendix, remove an extra page, or correct a page that faces the wrong direction.
Review the layout one page at a time
Start with one or more PDFs. Select pages to move or rotate them. The line between thumbnails shows where dragged pages will be inserted. Use the trash button to exclude a page; click it again to restore it. File names and page numbers identify each source page.
Reverse page order is useful for scans saved back to front. Review the sequence before saving. Page numbers identify the original pages.
Common questions
How do I move a page?
Select a page thumbnail, then use the earlier or later arrow. The selected page moves one position at a time, so you can check the sequence as you go.
Can I rotate and reorder in the same workflow?
Yes. Select a page number, then move, rotate, or remove it. Download the PDF to save your changes.
Can I add pages from another PDF?
Yes. Choose multiple PDFs or use Add more PDFs to append pages. Arrange pages across files, rotate them, and mark unwanted pages as trashed before saving one combined PDF.
